Allowed uses
- Moving the vehicle from the arrival point to the factory or commercial shop
- Trying the vehicle in front of the buyer, or with their knowledge
- Trying the vehicle after repairs
- Moving the vehicle from the traffic department to a specified place if the procedures were not completed
- Moving the vehicle to the traffic department for licensing
- Other duties assigned by the General Traffic Department

- If the conditions of the plates are violated, or the vehicle is used for other purposes, the plates will be withdrawn administratively and the vehicle will be left without a license.
