Renewing a vehicle registration in Kuwait comes down to renewed insurance, a technical inspection and your ownership papers.

What the GDT asks for

  • Renewal of the insurance document
  • Technical inspection at the technical inspection department
  • Copy of the Civil ID
  • The vehicle ownership document
  • Vehicles that were outside the country must also pass technical inspection
