Step by step
- Technical warranty option. New vehicles are exempt from technical inspection if the workshop provides a certificate proving a technical warranty that covers all conditions for a 4-year period.
- Otherwise, the vehicle goes through technical inspection at the General Traffic Department.
- Fee and plates. These vehicles are exempt from licensing fees and plate insurance. The license is valid for 1 year and can be renewed.
- Bring a document from the affiliated ministry or authority the vehicle belongs to.
- Fill in the traffic form and have it carry the ministry seal.
